Middletown, OH Middletown, OH Full-time Full-time $25 - $32 an hour $25 - $32 an hour $7000 Sign On Bonus Arlington Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation is a state of the art facility looking for an RN or LPN Supervisor to complete our night shift care team.
We are a 107 bed facility offering both skilled and long-term care.
We strive to provide the highest quality care to our residents in a person-centered care environment.
The Supervisor supervises the day-to-day nursing activities.
Responsibilities include:
Communication with attending and consulting physicians.
Communication with nursing team regarding new orders, resident changes Assessment of resident changes in condition Organizing/directing staff assignments Completion of admission paperwork Staff education as needed Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current State of Ohio license, one year experience in a long term care setting with supervisor responsibilities.
