POSITION:
Maintenance Technician (with preferred experience in HVAC, heating and cooling)SCHEDULE:

30-5:
30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 3 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.
5hrs paid for call outs)COMPENSATION:
$20-23hr with a quarterly bonus of up to $750 (Around $44,000 a year!)LOCATION:

Responsibilities:
-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned-Exterior structural maintenance as needed-Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call systemRequirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent-1
year experience in the maintenance field preferred-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience-Plumbing and electrical experience-EPA Universal Certification a plus-CPO Certification a plus-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers-Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)Benefits and Compensation (for full-time employees):
