Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial cleaning duties at newly remodled apartment complex.
- Clean, vacuum cabinetry, sticker removal and polish all appliances in kitchens.
- Clean bathtubs, bathroom cabinetry and vanity thouroughly.
Remove excess paint and drywall from tubs, etc.
- Dust and wipe down living spaces.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform floor care invcluding machine scrubbing, floor ectracting and mopping.
Remove access paint from flooring.
- Report any maintenance, safety or other concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required - Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes - Reliable transportation to travel between different work locations if necessary Note:
