p Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs/o:
p Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions/o:
p Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient/o:
p Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record/o:
p Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient/o:
p Performs timely and accurate QI assessments/o:
p Other duties as assigned Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program/o:
p Current state licensure as Registered Nurse/o:
p CPR/BCLS certification.
ACLS preferred/o:
p CRRN Preferred/o:
p Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred/o:
p Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills/o:
