Corporate HR Comp & Benefits Mgr
Will oversee all corporate HR compensation and benefits functions for multi site manufacturing facilities.
Position is based in Lexington, KY area.
Will develop all proactive compensation and benefits programs for 700 total employees in 4 Midwest manufacturing locations.
Position reports to Corporate HR director and will supervise the comp and benefits department.
Position requires 5 or more years progressive corporate HR comp and benefits administration for a publicly traded corporation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
